I’ve had the opportunity to work across five global offices over the past 12 years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey. I started as an Associate and now help lead our global private equity business. Early on, I built a strong foundation in client delivery, problem-solving, and clear communication – skills that continue to shape how I work today. Since joining as an intern over a decade ago, I’ve taken on new roles, bigger teams and broader responsibilities. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to develop deep client partnership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and scale high‑performing global teams. The most rewarding part of my journey has been seeing how much impact you can have, helping client solve complex problems while investing in the growth and success of others. I joined GLG 20 years ago right out of college and have stayed for the unparalleled opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. My journey has taken me from NYC to Dublin to open a brand-new office, to Austin to build departments, and ultimately back to NYC as part of the executive team. From early in my career, I was empowered to raise my hand, build something new, and have a seat at the table.
