To support Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. (“GLG” and “we”), in delivering GLG’s services, we may engage third party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to assist with its data processing activities. Subprocessors and GLG’s affiliates may process, store or otherwise access certain personal data in order to support and/or improve GLG’s services.

Before engaging any Subprocessor, GLG performs due diligence of such Subprocessor’s privacy, information security, and data protection practices. Further, we enter into written agreements with Subprocessors that require, among other things, that they comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws, maintain adequate security controls, keep personal data confidential and adhere to data transfer requirements. We also restrict Subprocessor access to only what is necessary to maintain and provide the necessary services to GLG.

As our business and technical requirements change, we may from time to time remove or add Subprocessors, or we may engage an existing Subprocessor to perform additional services. We will periodically update this page to reflect changes to the Subprocessors we work with.
