That means getting on the phone to identify and engage the right subject-matter experts for a project, scoping and running client engagements from start to finish, and working closely with clients, from hedge fund analysts to Fortune 500 strategists, to understand what they need and connect them to expertise that few others can provide. Associates also collaborate daily with teammates across GLG's global hubs, including New York, London, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Dubai, and Mumbai.

What is the work-life balance like?
GLG is a client-service business, and our clients often operate in fast-moving industries where priorities can change quickly. Associates should expect periods of increased intensity and occasional longer hours when supporting time-sensitive client projects or deadlines. We ask a lot of our Associates, and we give a lot back: a collaborative team environment, supportive managers, meaningful opportunities to learn and grow through challenging work, and regular team celebrations and social events throughout the year that bring people together outside of client work.
