Position summary
The Associate runs recurring and event-driven programs that produce GLG expert content, including channel, customer, supplier and distributor checks. Using research objectives, respondent criteria and approved question sets established by a subject matter expert, the Associate identifies and screens appropriate GLG Network Members, manages outreach and participation, coordinates AI-moderated interviews, reviews completed transcripts, coordinates required compliance and editorial reviews, and carries each program through publication.
A typical Associate manages several programs simultaneously, each involving multiple Network Member interviews within a defined turnaround. The work is high-volume and deadline-driven and requires sound judgment in determining which Network Members have the relevant experience and visibility for each topic.

- Identify recurring workflow problems and recommend practical improvements to templates, instructions, screening criteria and process steps.
- Build familiarity with assigned sectors and investor-relevant topics through structured training, earnings materials and calibration reviews.
- Use AI-enabled research and moderation tools within established quality, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
