Is the app available in every country?
GLG for Experts is available for experts around the world (excluding Mainland China) and has been translated into nine languages:

Is the app compatible with iOS and Android?
Yes! GLG for Experts is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for devices using iOS and Android operating systems.
Is the app compatible with a tablet, laptop, or desktop?
Our app is specifically designed for mobile phones using portrait mode. The current version is not compatible with laptops or desktops. While you can access the app via a tablet, the user experience is not optimized for this format.
What can I do in the app?
GLG for Experts gives you easy access to your GLG profile. In the app, you can view and respond to Opportunities, view the status of consultations under My Projects, request and track payments, manage your profile, and more.
Will the app help me get more projects or increase the likelihood of being selected?
Project volume is ultimately determined by our clients' demand. While the app won't increase your likelihood of being selected for a project, it can reduce the time it takes for you to apply for consultations and help you keep better track of what you have in your pipeline.
Will I receive notifications in the app?
Yes! The app allows for push notifications, which can streamline communications by keeping you updated – instantly – on new opportunities, payment status, and more.
What are the AI Generated Responses?
Our new AI feature generates answers to screening questions using information you've shared in the past, ultimately saving you time. When applying for projects, you can edit and review these as needed before moving through the acceptance process. AI-generated responses will be notated within the app (as shown below).
How do I request a new feature or report a bug in the app?
We would love to hear your thoughts! To share your experience with the app, open GLG for Experts and select Profile in the bottom menu bar. From there, select Give Feedback to either make a suggestion or report an issue. If you have a non-app related issue, reach out to us using the Contact Us feature.
