A private equity (PE) client was finalizing the acquisition of a major purpose-built student accommodation business. To strengthen their knowledge of the industry, the PE firm required a sector expert to join their board as a nonexecutive director and support the business's growth over the course of the investment cycle with relevant expertise and insights.
