You get AI that accelerates intake and synthesis, paired with the GLG service teams, compliance rigor, and expert network that have anchored the work for nearly 30 years.
What can I do on myGLG?
Open a project with a question and an AI agent will structure it with you, map the angles worth covering, and surface an initial expert set for your real-time feedback. Your preferences reach your GLG team before they begin recruiting. Run expert calls yourself or using an AI moderator, then synthesize across call transcripts and any audio, video, or documents you upload, with every insight traced back to an attributed expert quote. myGLG also gives you on-demand access to the Expert Content Library and live Events.
How does myGLG use AI?
AI accelerates the parts of the research workflow that used to take days of coordination. At intake, an AI agent structures your project and maps the angles worth covering against nearly 30 years of GLG data. An optional AI moderator can run expert calls on your behalf across time zones and languages. A synthesis layer reads across call transcripts, chosen Expert Content Library materials, and any audio, video, or documents you upload. Expert selection and recruiting are still handled by GLG's service teams.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your insights remain yours. GLG does not use client data to train our models.
Can I turn AI features off?
Of course. If your organization has specific requirements, we will work with you to update your settings to meet your compliance needs.
Does myGLG support collaboration with colleagues?
You can engage directly with colleagues on any shared projects, from activity in "My Experts" to scheduled calls or completed call transcripts. You can also manage the list of team members included on a given project from the Project Home page.
